The September 26th Project
The project is about the tragic story of a mother and child who passed away in a fire caused by global warming.
Feda Almaliti died while trying to rescue her son Muhammed from a house fire in Fremont, California on September 26, 2020.
Five days after her 43rd birthday. She escaped the fire with her sister and niece but died after returning to look for her son.
The client wanted to commemorate Feda and her heroic actions by creating a website to spread awareness about the issue of global warming and to collect donations for her family. She needed a loading screen animation that described the events of that night.
